Maintenance notice

up2uGhana (Databundles Store) is currently undergoing maintenance and is not fully operational. Customers are strongly advised not to make purchases during this period. Any customer who voluntarily proceeds with a purchase while this notice is active acknowledges that the purchase is made at their own risk.

Delivery, processing times and refunds are not guaranteed for payments made during the maintenance period. Payments successfully received during the maintenance period will be recorded and carried forward toward fulfillment of the customer's purchased service when the service becomes fully operational.

Mobile number and selected network, which are required to deliver a data bundle.
Email address, where you provide one or create an account.
Order details: bundle selected, amount paid, payment reference and order status.
Account credentials handled by our authentication provider if you choose to register.

We do not collect or store your card details or mobile money PIN. Payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure infrastructure.

3. How we use your information

To process a payment and deliver the bundle you purchased.
To confirm and verify transactions and prevent fraudulent activity.
To let you view your order history when signed in.
To respond to support requests you send to us.

4. Maintenance period

The service is currently under maintenance. Where a payment is received during this period, your order and payment record is retained so that the purchase can be recognised and applied toward fulfillment when the service becomes fully operational. This means order and payment records may be held for a longer period than usual before an order is completed.

No additional categories of personal information are collected because of the maintenance period. Records made during maintenance are used only to identify your payment and fulfil your order later.

5. Sharing

We share information only where it is necessary to operate the service: with our payment provider to process and verify your payment, and with the mobile network required to deliver your bundle. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

Order and transaction records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil the order, provide support, and keep accurate business records. Payments received during the maintenance period are retained until the corresponding service has been delivered.

7. Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about your orders.
You may request correction of inaccurate order details, such as a mistyped number, before delivery.
You may request deletion of your account, subject to records we must keep for completed or pending transactions.
